Paul just helped us on closing in on our first home! The whole process itself was a nightmare, between dealing with brokers, banks and other entities involving the housing market/process; however our realtor Paul Burrowes over at David Lyng was our only bright and positive being to deal with!! He was patient, understanding, diligent, persistent, consistent and just over all positive (all in one) while being strung along our 1 year journey in looking for a home. I would think it would be hard to find a realtor to be thoroughly genuine with his clients for a full year and just be totally understanding of us wanting to find the right home for us and not just another sale for him. I can go on and on about Paul on how great and cool he is because I got to know him over the course of a year but I won’t. I will say that if you are looking for a nice, genuine, professional, knowledgeable, understanding and a go getter all in one…. Look no further than Paul Burrowes!! Thank you Paul!!

Paul is the consummate real estate professional! He managed our sale seamlessly. Very personable, thorough and with a great sense of humor. Familiar with properties in our area; and, although he initially advised a higher listing price, Paul respected our request for a quick close as we had already closed escrow on a property out of the area.
